Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and market positioning strategies
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal future-tech literacy programs
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in futures planning or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
