Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and regulatory impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation
- Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate emerging technology startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching scalable technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
