Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Present compelling technology narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong track record of launching innovative products/services
- Experience presenting to executive boards and C-level audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP)
