Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Manage partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level technology innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
