Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce strategic white papers and thought leadership on next-gen innovations
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Advise C-suite on technology investments with 5-10 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of published technology forecasts or strategic documents
