Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead R&D partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and deployment
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
