- Identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product strategies
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with real-world applications
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
