- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption rates
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced technologies in product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products to market leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech verticals (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to C-suite and securing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on technological transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
