- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead scenario planning and impact assessments for future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy preferred
