Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with 18-month roadmaps
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI adoption and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3+ year lead times
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio for experimental technology incubation
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with academia and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-digital interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Strong background in agile methodologies for long-term project management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
