Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Create financial models and ROI projections for experimental technology investments
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic innovation outcomes
- Represent the company at industry forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor R&D teams on future-focused research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
