Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational objectives
- Partner with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate future-proof innovations into core offerings
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption of future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateTech at premier technology forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies or high-growth tech startups
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or similar methodology
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
