Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and ROI-driven technology investments

- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., CDIO, TOGAF) or technology foresight highly desirable
