- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Define KPIs for tech innovation initiatives and measure ROI of experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning
- Strong understanding of Web3, AI governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience with venture capital or startup incubation environments preferred
