Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their commercial applications
- Facilitate executive workshops to align technology investments with strategic priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic technology insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage technology incubation programs for high-potential innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience scaling technology innovation in enterprise environments (>500 employees)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
