Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and circular tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite executives and investor boards for funding alignment
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in the 5-7 year technology pipeline
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects in scenario planning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successfully launched future-oriented initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
