Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability for 2026 integration
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior talent in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic communication skills
