Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4, spatial computing, neuromorphic chips) for commercial viability
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
