Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration) and their commercial applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-focused strategies into organizational DNA
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation incubator for prototype development and testing
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proof thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in disruptive innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Track record of scaling initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/MPhil) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of successfully launched future-facing projects
