- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging engineering, product, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
- Oversee R&D investments and P&L for future technology incubation projects
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with 5+ years in AI/blockchain/IoT adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify ROI for futuristic tech investments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, or emerging tech frameworks preferred
