Responsibilities

- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of PhD researchers and engineering fellows
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems across 3+ jurisdictions
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Scala preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market shifts within 12-month windows
