- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product architectures and service models
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with quantified impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 5-year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technology domains: generative AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurointerfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-tech initiatives
