- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech roadmaps for exponential growth (e.g., AI, Web3, IoT)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry journals
