- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of 2026-ready technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to commercialization
