Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies in North America
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience with AI/ML implementation, quantum computing basics, or biotech integration
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
