Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, Web4.0) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends affecting tech adoption
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
