Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough innovations with $5M+ annual R&D budget oversight
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors, partners, and executive boards
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact on business objectives
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and their societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Administration with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including generative AI, biotech convergence, and spatial computing
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills for 5+ year horizons
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
