Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
