Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, identifying high-impact trends.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects in cutting-edge fields such as AI, Blockchain, and Immersive Web.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with external technology firms and startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and engineering to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier talent capable of handling complex, forward-thinking engineering challenges.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical assessments to determine the viability of emerging technologies for our platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years specifically in R&D or strategic planning.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
