Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering
- 5+ years in R&D with 2+ peer-reviewed Nature papers
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch for ethical AI development
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published work on AGI alignment or carbon-neutral tech
- Fluency in Python/C++ with low-latency optimization skills
