Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology adoption roadmap for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams developing neuro-ethical AI frameworks for healthcare
- Forge strategic partnerships with top-tier research institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present disruption analyses to the board and C-level executives quarterly
- Manage a $50M R&D budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Develop patent strategies for emerging quantum-secure blockchain protocols
- Chair the Global Tech Ethics Committee for AI deployment standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA tech partnerships preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
