- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future implementation
- Build and manage an ecosystem of tech startups, research institutions, and venture partners
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, CFTE)
- Prior experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
