Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with business objectives and sustainability targets
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio, including vendor partnerships and startup incubations
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience building and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Prior experience in Fortune 500 tech or Big 4 innovation consulting
