- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into corporate planning
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and industry partners
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting implementation timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Experience building innovation pipelines and managing R&D partnerships
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience across executive and technical teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
