- Create technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Present compelling future-state visions to investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership, patents, and open-source contributions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
