Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Identify disruptive technologies and assess market readiness for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders including investors
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement frameworks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for uncertain technologies
