Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct competitive analysis and innovation audits for Fortune 500 clients
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
- Exceptional data analysis and forecasting skills with advanced Excel/Python
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Published author in technology or business innovation journals
