Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage relationships with technology partners, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology assessment preferred
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale organizations
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
