Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technological feasibility
- Drive innovation workshops with external partners and academia
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
