- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting technology adoption

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Technology Review)
