- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough initiatives from concept to market
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or convergent technologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
