Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead innovation workshops to identify and prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable products
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of strategic technology initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
