Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology readiness and ROI
- Manage vendor relationships in emerging tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on technology trends and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of commercializing experimental technologies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
