- Present tech roadmaps and ROI projections to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with quarterly strategic pivots
- Build and mentor a team of 5-8 technology futurists and researchers
- Partner with VC firms to identify emerging acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
