Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven predictive models for market disruption

- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy
