Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Design and pilot prototype systems for clients in Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Present findings to executive boards and investor groups through compelling data visualizations and scenario analyses
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning InnovateX as industry thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale AI or quantum computing projects
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis frameworks
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
