Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year vision implementation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
