- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Pioneer ethical AI development protocols balancing innovation with societal responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning) and trend analysis
- Proven success launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Deep familiarity with Web3, AGI development, or biotech convergence points
- Experience scaling teams in venture-backed or Fortune 500 environments
