Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology and product roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and analyze market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Innovation Labs Management: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and pilot programs to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and product teams.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to ensure our 2026 positioning is dominant and differentiated.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate budget and talent toward high-potential projects that drive the most value in the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps. Experience specifically with 2026 planning milestones is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies. Familiarity with AI, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Web technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable strategies.
