You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while ensuring alignment with our mission of ethical, inclusive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and stakeholder workshops
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech, biotech integration)
- Create strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for technology adoption and market penetration
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present future technology visions to executive leadership and investors
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers/articles)
